Miami Home Centers.com Return Policy 

Miami Home Centers' is committed to partnering with you to achieve your home improvement goals.  If you’re not completely satisfied with your Miami Home Centers' purchase. Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date excluding Kitchen and Bath Dept.

 

Returns with a valid proof of purchase may be exchanged or refunded based on the original method of payment.   

 

30 DAY RETURN POLICY 

 

Where to Return: 

We recommend that you make returns of online purchases to a Miami Home Centers retail store near you that can issue you a refund (less applicable shipping, handling, and other charges). If you do not have a Miami Home Centers retail store near you or if you need alternative return instructions, please contact Customer Care at (305) 667-1195. 

 

Funds Returned: 

If you are not able to return the item to a Miami Home Centers retail store near you, the cost of shipping the item back to Miami Home Centers will be paid by you, unless you received the incorrect item, or the item you received was damaged or defective. You will receive a refund of the purchase price and your delivery and/or assembly fee, as applicable. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. We reserve the right to accept returns unless suspected fraud or abuse. 

 

How to Return: 

You may return most items within 30 days from the original purchase date if the item is unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. In each case, you must provide all paperwork, including product instructions or information and your packing slip/receipt, and any parts and accessories. You should also bring a valid photo ID.  

If it is 30 days or more from your original purchase date, please contact the manufacturer directly. 

 

Return Policy Exceptions 

Special Orders 

Special Order products, or non-stocked items, are subject to a 25% restocking fee if canceled or returned and approved by the manufacturer.

 

Nonrefundable Items

Booster/Jumper Cables, Phone Cables, and Chargers

Hand and Power Tools

Hurricane or storm related items are final sale. 

Includes but not limited to: 

Tools, Fasteners, Tape, Batteries, Flashlights, Candles, Stoves, Fuels, Ropes, 

Chains, Lanterns, Gas & Water Containers, Coolers, Propane, battery operated fans, etc.)   

 

ALL Covid -19 related items (mask, gloves, wipes, alcohol hand sanitizer etc.)

 

Gift Cards cannot be returned for any reason. 

 

Tinted liquid interior or exterior paints or stains are a Customized Item. 

Tinted paint orders Miami Home Centers on MiamiHomeCenters.com are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for a new color. On-screen and printer color representations may vary from actual paint colors, and Miami Home Centers cannot honor returns or exchanges for digitally misinterpreted colors. 

We reserve the right to limit paint returns at our discretion.

 

Delivered, Assembled and/or Customized items should be returned to the same local Miami Home Centers store from which it was delivered, assembled and/or customized. 

 

Gas-Powered Outdoor Equipment (such as tillers, edger's, mowers, string trimmers, blowers, generators, chainsaws, as well as all other gas-powered equipment) may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, with original receipt, if it is unused, in like-new condition and in its original packaging. Gas-Powered Outdoor Equipment cannot be returned once gas or oil has been put in it, even if the equipment has been drained of these materials. If you put gas or oil in the equipment you will need to contact the manufacturer regarding any product issues. The manufacturer will handle your claim in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies. Note that appropriate maintenance and use of your equipment is required to ensure the manufacturer’s specified warranty is not voided. 

 

MIAMI HOME CENTERS (MHC)

KITCHEN & BATH

PAYMENT TERMS & Return POLICY

 

1.     Payment

All Kitchen & Bath orders under $15,000 Buyer pays in full at the time order is placed. All orders not picked up or delivered within 60 days of MHC receiving your merchandise there will be a storage fee of $50.00 a month until the merchandise is picked up or delivered.

All Kitchen & Bath orders over $15,000 can elect to pay in full. MHC will require a minimum advance payment of 50% due when the order is placed. When your items arrive, your sales rep. will call to advise you along with the balance due at that time.

If at the time sales rep. notifies you of the receipt of your items and amount due at that time is not paid, MHC reserves the right to charge you if there is an additional increase in manufacturer prices. 

ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE AN APPROXIMATE DELIVERY DATE, JOB NAME, DELIVERY ADDRESS, CELL #, AND EMAIL.

   

 2. CANCELLATION & RETURNS

25% re-stocking fee will apply on all cancellations if item has shipped, and provided the manufacture will authorize an RGA for return.

Within 30 days of purchase, Buyer may return any Goods which MHC stocks and are not a special order item if: (i) the Goods are in new condition, suitable for resale in undamaged original packaging and with all original parts; and (ii) the Goods have not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered, or damaged.

Special Orders over 30days non-stock items may be returned at MHC's sole discretion if the manufacturer is willing to accept the return and the Buyer agrees to reimburse MHC 30–50% restocking or cancellation fees charged by the manufacturer and freight to ship back.

   

 3. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE:

Buyer & MHC shall examine and take pictures of all Goods upon delivery. All claims for damage, shortage, and errors in shipment or improper delivery must be made to MCH in writing with pictures at time of delivery, after which date Buyer will be deemed to have accepted the Goods and will have no claim to reject the Goods or to revoke acceptance.

 

    4. WARRANTIES:

All Other Goods: Seller warrants only title to the Goods sold to Buyer. 

All other warranties are extended by the product manufacturer.
